You may include your (or another) name as transcriber/arranger on the chart using text (not in the composer field), and/or append your initials to the title.

Adding rehearsal marks is helpful. The player will automatically repeat from the beginning of the chart unless the In mark is used for a non repeating intro followed by the A mark at the top of the repeating form.
