How to change key label without transposing

In the editor, there are two options to assign the key of the song.
SET assigns the key label, chords remain as written.
SET AND TRANSPOSE reassigns the key label AND changes the displayed chords.

If your chart's chords are in Ab, but is labeled C, open the editor, change the key in the chart info to Ab, select SET.
