Using text on a chart

Can you tell me how to put a message and song in the same message. I thought I might write a short note when I submit it,

Text can be below a system (line/staff) (that's the default position) or moved above it or anywhere between,
A whole system can also be used for text without chords.
A single-page chart has space for 12 systems. If all 12 are in use for music, space for text is limited.
