Yes! This is a major problem. Please add this feature, for example: ctrl-click a song to see in what playlist it is used. An even better feature: If you are going to delete a duplicate, an option of choosing what song should replace it in your playlists. E.g.: If you want to delete the song "Misty 1 2", you can replace it with "Misty" in all playlist (if any).
