Any song, every song every time? Or occurs randomly? Or just a specific song?

Have you tried a complete shut down and restart of the device?

Before trying anything more, make a backup of your iRp library and playlists,
(Settings (gearwheel at the top of the Library-Playlists page) scroll down to Utilities)
then email it to yourself or save with Drive or Dropbox.
