How to write BbmMaj7 chord?

Many thanks.. will try and write it into Irealpro. But I can’t get a triangle to show in the chords after I write a ^ symbol.. it just shows a ^ symbol.. will this matter?

What device are you using?
You may need to select the chord from the chord-menu instead of trying to type it into the entry field.
