As I understand, the D.S. al Coda with the double bar means to begin a second time at the top? Or maybe at that symbol above the [A]?

And the Code symbol at the end of the second set of verses means to drop to the next Coda symbol. The 3X which can be put in the text instructs to play that section three times (or however time the text instructs.

Please, what is the function of the double bar endings at |3. and at the end of bridge [B]?
