How to make C section or Tag before solo only play once

Here's one way to do that.

This plays IN, AABA, C, AABA(x3)
I figure Intro, Head-in, interlude, two AABA solos, then AABA head-out.
You can adjust the number of solos by the number of "endings" you use.
There's still enough space to fancy-up the ending with a coda.
