Upload or import a song in xml or midi?

Hi everybody... I've recently joned this forum and I would like to know how can I upload a song (xml or midi file) in this forum.
Or otherwise can I add a sond to my iReal app on my device directly?

Charts can be added to the forums or your app only in iReal pro format.
Other formats (xml, midi, pdf, biab, jpg etc.) are not accepted or permitted.
You can export a song from the app in wav,xml, midi, pdf and MusicXML format.
