The Segno in the Gb7b5 measure is confusing to me (and probably unnecessary) since there is no D.S. indicated.

As I understand the form:
A1,A2(to the 2nd coda-sign),A(to the 1st coda-sign and jump to...), Coda, repeat the form.

The repeat sign at the end could be replaced by a Final-bar-sign which should remove the orphan single-bar below.

The coda is part of this form and will repeat each cycle if "D.C. al coda" is placed beneath the Gb7b5 measure.

The form will repeat per player setting.
