There's a chart in this post that may work. The player ignores and skips empty measures so in effect, it's what you're looking for.

You could also make a chart that's just ONE bar long. Add the Dom7 of your choice. Then using the practice feature (graduation hat) set the chart to auto transpose each repeat at whatever interval you'd like.
