The chord you are wanting is not a common jazz chord, but perhaps you are re-harmonising and want this sound (which is ok!)
Are you sure you mean B natural as part of the chord? I would have thought you might be wanting Bb instead, making it the more common C7#9 (or perhaps C7alt).
- when you specify C E G B D# I am not sure if you are using the German (etc.) B, meaning Bb and not H, in which case we would have answered your question earlier

I am not sure what measures you want your chord in (and a choice of a particular chord in any song's measure is open to interpretation or re-harmonising). Looking at the songs, could it be where the 7#9 are?

To answer your question, if you only need a custom quality to create a visual chart, you can just type in your chord quality:
C7M(#9)

TIP: if you do want to use the Player, you can put in your custom quality in the Alt chord field (so it appears above), then an appropriate (playable) chord quality within the measure so it plays the sound. When reading from the chart, you would refer to your Alt chord as you know it by.
