Sounds like you have the transpose function set to numbers.
Select transpose, then select a key.
Review the tutorials in the app found here: *Settings>Help
In OSX look under: Help/Tutorials and Help/Help & Support.
Or online at http://irealpro.com/support
In the newer versions go to Settings>Font
Select "C7 Default"
