Questions re Edit Funcion in creating a new song

First, the cursor must be on the beat you wish to edit.
Touch that space or use the next or back ARROW (next to the 9) keys to move the cursor.
The chord/quality should appear in the edit field.
Use the text backspace key (the one with the x) to remove what you want a character at a time or touch the little x at the right end of the edit field to clear it entirely. Non-chord symbols, rehearsal marks, endings, coda etc. are toggled on and off with their own buttons.
