Your attempt to post a song chart/playlist was not successful

Interesting… So you’d probably never use this chart for a live performance ? maybe solo piano? But it does work as a play along although the settings weren’t working for me looks like you had it set for long notes, but I had to change to Piano in the instruments And then it was a little bit too banging with a different chord in every beat. What’s your suggestion for the play along set up?
Don't post a playlist as the songs in a Realbook if the changes aren't from the book.
If you do transcribe changes from a book put it in the title RB1, RB2, GGB, Sher, etc

For sure, it's not really meant to bring at jam sessions. It's a transcription of what's going on harmonically. It's not a piano part. The harmony is mainly played by the strings. The interesting part is how those chords are intrincate with the melody. It can definitely be simplified for live performance. However, I've played that songs many times with different pianists using simplified charts. It works "ok", but I always felt something was missing or not right in the harmony so this is why I've transcribed the original version.
As for the iReal pro player, I've set it up with the style jazz long notes, so it could be played with strings sound only (with less attack than a piano) so it won't sound too "heavy" when playing those chords on each beats. You can try to change the instruments in the mixer. It can also work with the jazz ballad even style. The problem with iReal pro when playing chords on each beats, is that the bass also repeat the notes even if the root is the same for the entire bar. Live musicians would never do that. Also, strings can hold chords while only moving a single note. iReal pro always repeats the full chord even if only one note in the chord is changing

If using the jazz long notes style, you can try the following instruments setting in the mixer:
    - Pad 3
    - Fender rhodes 2 or jazz organ (adjust the level to your taste)
    - freless bass (so there's not too much attack on repeated chords)
