Jazz Practice Exercises is a single sticky-thread in the Jazz Forum.
It contains members' exercise posts in chronological order.

The instruction D.S al <somewhere> Needs an associated Segno "sign".
If you mean "return to the beginning of the chart..." Use a D.C. al ..... instruction

Writing out a progression in all keys is a good exercise.
Be sure to check out the practice setting (gradation hat).
It will automatically shift/transpose your chart (or looped section) up or down the interval you choose each cycle.

When sharing songs of your own composition in the main song forums, please include a link to either an audio file or YouTube so your original chart will have context.
