Default D.C al Fine and IN sections

I'm sure I'm wrong or misunderstood but I assumed that D.C al Fine should skip an IN section and go to the A section but this is not happening with the MacOSX Pro editor. Is there any other way to go to A and skip the IN section, I can't use repeats as those are sprinkled in the A section and B sections already?

D.C. Goes to the top of the page, so the IN will play again.
Place the Segno (sign) at A and use D.S. al Fine (or Coda).

OK, will use the Segno sign, didn't know about that. Had the naive assumption that IN is always treated once.
