Unable to import jazz1300 to my new iPad air?

It should work. I have just tested it.
Can you import any other songs or playlists (you tap the song or playlist name and it will import directly into iReal Pro on your iPad Air.)
You can use the forums tab within iReal Pro to import from.
In Settings>Tutorials shows how to download from the forum.
Could you try again please?
If not, perhaps turn your iPad off completely then on again.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I was able to download Beatles, Contemporary Jazz and Stevie Wonder.
When I try to Jazz 1300 and Latin I get a message that Safari is unable to open the page because of an invalid address.
It says it is version 4.0
I have restarted , tried again and the same happens. I am trying to access the Mac an iOS versions.

Did you try downloading the 1300 Jazz from post #2 - it is separated out into four?
What version of iReal Pro are you running on your Mac and iPad?
You could also try another browser on each.
Also just check in Playlists that it has not already downloaded. In Songs (Mac) and Settings (iOS) it will tell you how many songs in total you have.

Thanks for letting me know. I thought it could be that, but was then thinking if you had an iPad Air you would have downloaded the latest version of our software.
