    Default Editor Text Input Query

With the upgrade to Pro I seem to have lost the capability of inputting more than one letter of text. Maybe I'm missing something? Thanks

Do you mean the text initially being added under the measures?
Are you able to add the text from the text menu (related to D.C. or D.S. etc.)?
What is happening after you input the first letter? (presumably you can type normally in an email etc?)
Can you change keyboards then test again?
What device and OS version are you running on?

    Thanks

    Yes to first question
Long press on text button gives D.C. or D. S. Options, which I can edit as long as the added extra text is within a word.
I am able to type only one letter in the conventional text entry. Further key presses get no response.
    The keyboard is virtual and integrated into the machine;
Samsung Note 10.1 running Android 4.1.2
    Thanks

Have you tried turning the unit completely OFF and restarting?
Can you type normally in other apps? (email etc.)

Another often suggested general fix for solitary issues is:
    1. MAKE A BACK-UP of all your songs/playlists. Send it to more than one email account and check to ensure you are able to download/install song files from that account.
    2. Un-install (delete) the iReal Pro app completely.
    3. Re-install the app -- there's no charge if you use the same account/password.

If your issue isn't addressed here again soon, email: support@irealpro.com directly.
It's always best to address issues that may apply to a number of users here so that many can be helped at once.
So far, yours is the only posting about reduced text-feature function.

Thanks Bob, have tracked the problem down to the Samsung keyboard. Text input works fine using the handwriting mode. I have a method now which can work!
