I added songs to the list 'Jazz1300', quite some work. Now I want to save this work. However, synchronizing with my desktop does not save the content of iRealb. Posting the new list to Forums does not work. What should I do?

If you just want to save the new songs and 1300 as a backup, use Settings>Backup.
If the new songs are in a separate playlist you can just email that playlist to yourself as a copy.
When you say, 'synchronising with your desktop' do you mean you also have iReal Pro for Mac running and want to add the new ones in? if so, email to your Mac and open then click to import.
