Unhappy Copying songs/playlists between the iPad and Mac (10.9)

I managed to email my songs/playlists from my iPad to my email on the Mac.

When I opened the email, I got a screen with the message:

"To import this song/playlist tap or click the link at the top on an iOS device, Mac or Android device with iReal Pro installed"

I do not know what this means "click the link at the top on an iOS device"

I do not see what to click on at the top of my monitor?

Click on the the name of the playlist/backup. (underline text usually in blue)
In your case it's Backup and if you had playlists, they should be there under the backup file.

Using a tip I got from DaleMac in another thread, I'm using just a USB cable to transfer files and whole playlists between my Mac and iPhone using DiskAid and FileApp, both free. This is especially useful for me because I live in an area where the Internet connection is not always available. Takes about one minute to transfer a file or playlist from my Mac to my iPhone this way.
