Does such a list (pdf/word etc) exit that i can download and print out? I find that the editor on the mac version is a bit small and some of the items that i use the most are not on the editor page (or actually disappeared after the upgrade (like repeat bars) so it woul dbe handy to have.

One feature request would be for a lager editor screen and the ability to maybe edit that as well to make it more personal for yourself.
