Default Is it possible to mark a chord first time only?

I am constantly finding myself repeating 99% of the chords in verse 1 again for a 2nd verse only because of a turnaround chord at the end of the first verse. Is it possible to mark a chord(s) as "first time only" so I don't have to either repeat the whole verse or do a 1st ending/2nd ending? Seems like it could already exist but I just can't find it.

I'm asking about the Mac version but I'm assuming the answer applies to both...

    Thanks,
    Brad

That what 1st/2nd endings are used for...
You could certainly use a text instruction instead but the irb-player (if you use it) wouldn't understand.

You could also use a coda (played the final time only)

Yea, I guess I'm kinda trying to recreate the wheel though it's far less steps to do it my way, but it makes far more sense to stick with what we've been using for decades.

    Thanks.

I presume you are using the player? Otherwise you could use alt chords with text '1st x only' etc.
