    Default no longer plays

    hi folks

    my irealb on my nexus 7 has ceased to work
    it loads ok and i can use it all fine ..... until i press play.... then it crashes and reloads itself

    tried reinstalling but still the same

    Hi Dave,
    We are sorry about the inconvenience.
    Please try to go to Settings/Applications/iReal b, tap on Clear Cache and reboot your device.
    Also make sure that you're logged in to GooglePlay with the primary account of your device.

    If it doesn't solve the issue, try to uninstall iReal b, reboot your device, install iReal b and again reboot your device.
    Let me know if it solved the issue.

    thanks
    but no joy

    tried clearing cache
    removed it... rebooted and reinstalled still the same
    defo logged into the play store

    everything works fine but...
    when i press play the dots appear in the middle of the screen but with no metronome click
    then it crashes to the desktop and opens again up a couple of seconds later

    strange stuff

    I'm having exact same problem...on a Nexux 10...just downloaded the app and songs, and when I hit play, it just crashes to desktop. Need some help here.

    We are sorry about the inconvenience.
    We have just tested the app on both devices and it works fine.
    Could you please check in Nexus' Settings: "Users" under Device and "Google" under Accounts and make sure that it is the email address you used for the purchase in GooglePlay?
    When it crashes, does it ask you to send a crash report? If it does, have you sent it?

    definitely logged in correctly

    it doesn't create a crash report when it crashes

    it may have the first time it crashed though.... i can't remember
