More measures per line?

I found a song where someone was able to get 8 measures per line instead of 4. I can't seem to find the option, any help?

There are 16 spaces in each system (line).
You can place a bar-line on either side of any space.
You can enter one chord in each space.
Here is a template to get you started:

8 two-space bars in each system. 72 bars total
