iReal PRO - Problems in Windows 10 with Bluestacks

Hi! I tried iReal on my Windows 10 PC using Bluestacks, but I didn't like it. Although I have uninstalled everything, the information remains that iReal is installed on my computer, under the name ONEPLUS A5000. And worse, as if it had been installed twice. Can anyone give me any advice? Thank you very much
