Default help on AABBCCAC structure...Ah! Cavaquinho! as example

    Ah! Cavaquinho! - Erothides deCampos
Test...this is my first try at an upload, not sure that the file is actually going to post. Anyway, my question is this, I built a song with A,B,C sections, put repeat brackets at beginning and end of each section, then a DS al Capo mark at the end of C leading back to A, and a coda mark at the end of A leading to C. The player is ignoring the C section completely and playing it as an AABB format. Any comments on what I need to do differently? Is there a place to instruct the player on the overall format?

    Look at this:

Ah! Cavaquinho! 1 - Erothides deCampos

A coda will play only one time at the end of the final run through the song.

Thank you! That makes sense on the coda. Was that keeping it from playing the C part also?

    Yes (until the very end)
While you think of it as the C-part, the player thinks it's just the final tag (coda) in your initial chart.
