Default How do I enter a specific chord

    Hi !

I would like to enter a F#-7b5b9 but it doesn't get recognised by the editor ? Not F#hb9 either

or is it actually missing? I can add F#h9 but I want the 9 to be lowered.

    Would A-7/F# work?

Yes Bob. But its akward and potentially erroneous to change the cords from a written song

we do not have it specifically, but you could write the b9 in text (raise it up if you need to for placement.)

Do you mean F# locrian? normally this would be F#ø or F#ø7 with the b9 assumed? (otherwise you would use the F#ø9 as you have seen.)

The player (as far as I can remember) does not play a b9 in the voicings for either of these.
In the scales, we show the option of locrian and natural 9 so they can be chosen as desired.

I agree, but your issue seemed to be getting the irb player to play your notes (chord).
