Important thing : Desafinado is from Newton Mendonça too. Wikipedia : "Mendonça went on to co-compose music and lyrics for Desafinado, Meditação, and Samba de uma nota só."
He died early, at 33. With Jobim, they alternated words and music, swapping places on the piano.
