    Tout est dans le titre/All in the title: quelqu'un a une version 4/4 de ce morceau? Who has a 4/4 version of that tune? Thks

    Most songs will play in whatever time-sig you set.

    Open a DUPLICATE in the editor.
    Select the first space following the 3/4 time-sig.
    Select 4/4 from the symbols menu.
    Save the song.

    Actually, this song is taken from the opening section of "Donauwellen" (Danube Waves) by the Roumanian composer Ion Ivanovici (1845-1902). There are lots of performances of the entire piece on Youtube. It is a beautiful and lively waltz, composed in 1880.

    It's nice to see this song put up here.

    I usually do it in 3/4. It hadn't occurred to me to do it in 4/4, so I followed your lead, Bob.
