Default iReal book with melodies? Possible?

Does anyone know if it exists?
Is one going to be developed? (please say yes)

    Thanks Timkeys

    Hello Timkeys,
unfortunately no. We would be infringing copyright. Read this:

Melodies and lyrics are subject to copyright.

    Default Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the reply. It's a pity, as I love the transpose function on iReal book, especially working with singers.

What about midi files in a music program for transposing songs?

computer software like a DAW, Logic, Cubase, Garageband, Sibelius etc. can do this already.
Do you mean a iPhone app? iReal Book is purely a visual chart viewer, not playback/midi software so wouldn't you want a completely different app. altogether for midi?

There are some midi apps on the iTunes app. store. Some of these import and play midi files. Here is one I found which might be useful for you, called Midi Player:

(but there are others, just run a search.)
