    OK, I found it

    It's a bit better, but it's not really a good solution.
    I hope it's temporary?
    This makes reading difficult but not impossible.




    Please: replace the NC with a silence symbol or make it invisible

    I'd say : there is unfortunately no other solution... right now...

    The iReal Pro player engine is largely automatic and there are no ways to currently define rhythms or rests as you can with midi or notation (or DAW) programs.
    However you can export the midi file into an appropriate program and edit as you wish.
    You could try using 8 spaces for a measure, which puts a space in-between the NC and each chord alternates to make it clearer.
