Hi Bob. This book (two books, actually) are currently only available as PDFs from me. I am looking into self-publishing them, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Do you think I should add my email address to the original post?

Also, I just posted this playlist a second time because I hadn't figured out how the forum works. Could you delete that thread that was posted around 1:50 pst?
