    Default Major triad notation

    It seems that if I want a C major triad, I just use the notation C. C^ which should also give the triad actually gives a C^7 (according to the piano chords display). I don't have a problem with that, but it seems to be an inconsistency in the notation.

    When using a keyboard to enter chords (MAC) in the editor instead of the app's touchscreen (iOS, Android)
    ^=▵=maj7
    For the “major” triad, the root note is entered alone. ie. C
    For the “minor” triad add the minus sign (hyphen). ie. C-
