The player will play the BØ in bar 10 and bar 6 after Letter C at the start of the bar unless you use a slash (/) to continue the Bb.

Bar Repeat Signs, Slash, N-C- - Example - Example

The 3 bar repeats after C are confusing. Do you mean to repeat |F7 Bb| 3 times?
It would be more clear to me if chord(s) were entered in the bar after C.

Here's a chart including the verse

Thanks for the corrections, and the much-better chart!

If I were to sing this for a musical theater audition, I might include the verse.
However swing bands only perform the catchy part of the tune, as Teddy Wilson's Orchestra did when it when recorded the number with Billie Holiday.
When I sought out the sheet music for the band (and made my first attempt at writing an ireal chart) I could not help but notice Billie Holiday's rendition is a completely different tune. Compare:

Here's youtube vid from the 20th Century Fox musical ON THE AVENUE. Alice Faye, the singer in the opening, is an alto, so she can sing the Berlin's tune, in the key it is written in...perhaps to suit her range? I don't know...

Holiday's range was famously more limited (fabulous, but limited) so it appears she adapted the tune. Her version is the one performed at swing dances.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    You are welcome lindybeare.
Glad your post got the ball rolling.
Ms. Holiday's renditions are often, um, different.
    Jazz allows.
Looking forward to more from you!
