    Default Compatibility

    Hello all,

I have just checked the list of compatible devices and it turns out that my GT S5830 appears in the unsupported devices. Yet, my Android version is 2.2.1, and my processor is ARM v11 which is supposed to be enough to run ireal b.
Do you see what the problem is ? If yes what can I do ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers

    ARM11 (family) is ARMv6 (architecture)

    yes indeed !

thank you for your answer but do you know if I can do something (for example upgrade the firmware) or is it a hardware trouble anyway ?

no, it needs the correct microprocessor for the software to run. There is huge variability in Android related devices - different phones have different chips and OS versions (as you realize with the long list you see.)

Yes i would think so. Contact your phone manufacturer or supplier.
Otherwise it can run on (the cheaper) iPod touch and Amazon Fire tablet for instance. Many of our users do this in the interim until their phone plan is renewed.
