Is iReal pro what I’m looking for?

I asked on the gear page about software or program that would have all kinds of sheet music/chord charts and they pointed me here, but I like a lot of deep cuts and unpopular songs, I’m wondering if this program would suit my need and if it does transcribing (Chords), or if I should be looking somewhere else? Thanks

There are already thousands of chord charts on the forums that can be downloaded for free using the iReal pro app.
More charts are added all the time.
