Default scrcpy 1.14 is a good option to remotely control and display your Android device

I did a deep dive into creating an X86 virtual machine to run iRealPro (no emulation). It mostly worked, but there was some stuttering and intermittent issues with audio out. Possible that if I continued to bang on this I would sort that out.

For those inclined, the newest version of scrcpy 1.14 <https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy> works really well and is more reliable for me on screen. This new version includes an important usability feature that allow you to easily turn the screen on the device off, but keep it from going to sleep when connected to your machine.

Not sure how it would be useful to me in my use of the iReal pro app....

Nice to have it on a bigger screen (I don't have a Mac), and nice to be able to use a real keyboard.

And in case anyone is freaked by having to trigger this thing from the CLI, there is this very well done project: https://github.com/srevinsaju/guiscrcpy

For this I run iRealPro in the Android emulator that comes with Android Studio.
