Default Modern Patterns & Warm-ups for Jazz Trumpet - Part Deux - Richie Vitale (book)

Hello jazz fans, students, aficionados and friends,

I’m very excited to continue my book series with “Modern Patterns & Warm-ups for Jazz - Part Deux" which can be pre-ordered here: https://www.richievitale.com/store

It is the yellow book on the right and I don't accept any money...it simply brings you to a link and I'll notify you when it's published so don't worry about being charged anything

I’ve just now completed my first YouTube video which uses patterns from this book you can view here:

The playalong for Dahoud is here: Daahoud Playalong - Clifford Brown
    _______________

I've also started a brand new Patreon page that can be viewed here that helps me defray the cost of making my videos that you can view here: https://www.patreon.com/RichieVitale

I appreciate all the support fans around the world have given me and all the joy that iRealPro has allowed me by its ease of use, playalong sounds and lists of songs. It allows me more time to make my videos and practice.

Thank you for your time and Happy Practicing!!!

Richie thanks for writing these books and by going the extra mile of putting them in the iRealb format to practice along with. I think they will help me finally be able to demystify Woody Shaw’s amazingly individual approach to improv, as well as, clarify my direction in what I want to achieve. Love your playing too!!! Sincerely, Tony Gorruso

"Three EASY steps for Playing the Blues!" by Richie Vitale

Here's a brand new video on using the "Blues Scale" and two other methods to play through the blues.

This is for beginner and medium student to get a handle on playing this beautiful art form. The playalong track was done in iRealPro and at the very end of the video is a backing track for you to play along with!!!

Blowing over "How High the Moon" by Richie Vitale

This is a tutorial on some of the methods used to blow over "How High the Moon". Examples on soloing of dominant and whole tone chords and the infamous III, V, II, I progression!

There is quite a bit to unpack here as this video is packed with information. Also, the backing track at the beginning was done all in iRealPro!!!
