"Set and Transpose" Button

According to the documentation there is a "Set and Transpose" button somewhere in the editor but so far I haven't found it. Where is this "Set and Transpose" button?

On the info screen (i) in the editor. That's where you write the title, composer, style and default key.
When you select the key-field, you'll see Set and Set and Transpose.
