double-press the Home button. The icons of the suspended apps appear at the bottom. Swipe sideways along the bottom to find iReal b. Long press on iReal b. They should wiggle. Tap the cross X on iReal b icon. This will quit it. Press the Home button once to revert to normal operation mode.
Re-launch iReal b.
If this does not work, you might have to turn your iPad off completely then restart.
Great, I will try this.
The possibilities for live gigging are infinite with this app!

I am quite amazed at this app! I've figured quite a bit on how to use it, but there a couple points I could use help on. First, setting loops. I'm not sure how to do this. The default setting can have 2 or 3 repeats or none and it looks the same. How does one set it?
Second is the question of how to create customized set lists. As I'm a singer, I would want to pre set songs, styles and keys before the gig. Possible to do?
Best, Roger
Do you mean loops for practicing certain bars? Tap the Loop (icon) in Song view. You can set how many times you want it to loop.
Or do you mean repeats in the song (like 6x section A)? Use Text under the measure, typing in...
6x

dflat,
am new to iRealb and have just experienced a similar problem to previous post (can't search). Had been using the app successfully during a morning practice session, but left the iPad on. When I returned an hour later to continue, I found I could not search in any of the lists. Luckily I went onto this forum and found the fix, thanks dflat. (in my case I had to switch the iPad off and restart). Just letting you know in case there is a trend beginning with this issue. Otherwise a fantastic app. Will be using it lots and hope to get a on gigs soon. Need a stand for the iPad for that, though, anybody any recommendations?
Regards, bassman1
Any R & B playlists?
