    E-11 would accomplish the some thing.

    Technically speaking, E-11 implies both a 11th and a 9th which is different than E-7(add11). However, I agree that the iReal Pro player doesn't always play the 9th in m-11 chords (it actually depends if which style is used). In this tune, some of those chords cannot include a 9th because of the flat 9th in the melody in some cases

    You could try Gadd9/E. It includes the A but not the F#
