Default A few tunes from the Django Fake Book

I'm sorry if some of these duplicate the efforts of others. I'm still trying to get to grips with finding my way around the forum. As an intermediate student I need to have both the lead sheet and the iReal Pro backing track to make progress with learning a new song. I need the Fake book and the key/tempo/style of the backing track to agree to make any progress. So these tunes are written at an easy tempo and are in the same key as the lead sheet. Also I've stuck to the 'vanilla' chords because i think they give the soloist a better chance to improvise.
I'm hoping to post more tunes as I do them

Default DJANGO FAKEBOOK (see post #114)

Tempos and styles are fully adjustable in iReal pro to suit individual preferences and learning needs.

iRp charts transcribed directly from entire Django Fakebook are already available in a single playlist here:

    http://www.irealb.com/forums/showthr...4052#post24052

While you are welcome to offer your own versions, re-posting charts that are essentially duplicates just makes it more difficult for users to search the forums because so many more results are returned.

Though the app shouldn't download multiple *identical* versions, any small changes in posted charts can result in duplicate titles in your song index. iRp tries to keep that straight by automatically adding a number to additional downloads of even slightly altered charts with the same title. <title>, <title>1, <title>2, etc.

That's why all the Django Fakebook charts (link above) include "(dfb)” in the title. It identifies their source and avoids confusion.

Posting charts that are only slightly (cosmetically) different isn't helpful and only results in inconvenience to others.
    Example:
Compare your "If I had You" chart with the dfb chart in post #114 of this thread. Though musically IDENTICAL, the slight cosmetic alteration will result in unnecessary duplicate titles in the user's song index.

Charts should follow iRp Posting Conventions:

(Review the use of repeat brackets)
Also, please remember to include the composer when posting charts.

That dfb chart has already been posted in a form consistent with the iRp posting conventions.
You'll find it along with the rest of the Django Fakebook charts posted here:

    http://www.irealb.com/forums/showthr...4052#post24052

Compare the 3rd and 7th bars of your version's A-section with both the dfb PDF and the above referenced iRp chart.

You will also find it helpful to review the posting conventions:
