Django Fakebook
The Django Fakebook is a free-to-download PDF book of about 200 songs. http://www.guitare-jazz-blues-rock.c...ook-Django.pdf I've written out a half a dozen of them i plan to post soon. This first one (Anouman) was written by Django It's not the easiest to play but the melody has that European (jazz) sound that I like. Also I've written out 'Confeesin' (I'm Confessin that I Love You)If anyone would like to post some of their favourites from this book it would make a great resource for gypsy jazz fans
Confessin' That I Love You- KC - Reynolds-Daugherty
Anouman (Django Fake Book) - Unknown Composer
Also La Vie en Rose
Smile - Charles Chaplin

I've already downloaded these 300+ gypsy jazz tunes but I haven't found them all that useful They have the original Real Book chords that are mostly in mainstream jazz styles(not gypsy rhythm chords) Many are in completely different keys.
I've used the actual chords/key signatures from the Fake-book. I've kept the tempos slow for easier practicing/soloing over and set the style to 'La Pompe'
