My first attempt. A nice ballad by Bob Dorough. Nice version on You Tube by Michelle Benjamin. These chords were lifted from that (with props to pianist Doug McKenzie). Beautiful singing and beautiful comping.

Comin' Home Baby (G-) - Ben Tucker

Notes: Ben Tucker's original goes to C min. 7 at bar five. Other versions, including Mel Tormé and Michael Bublé, substitute F dominant. Alter it according to your taste. (If you're singing it, you should credit the lyrics to Bob Dorough.) I used the "Cha Cha Cha" setting here - since iRealb doesn't offer Boogaloo. Again, your taste might lean more toward "Latin" or "Bossa Nova" or something else. Enjoy!

Edit: May I recommend you give a listen to Bob Dorough's "I'm Hip" - it is priceless!

Transcribed from the Bette Middler version, should follow the same form as the Blossom Dearie version though

    Nice chart (and tune)
Interesting use of 1st/2nd endings on the B and C Sections.

Your chart's form plays AAB AAC in the player as you intend.

Here's an alternative way to write your chart using a coda in place of your 2nd ending C-section.
Using DC al Coda will incorporate the coda into the form for each player repeat.
This chart's plays like yours, just relabeled: AAB AA coda.
Many songs use a final section which is essentially its A-section with a different ending added. To work within iRp's single-page format, this coda trick can avoid writing out the final section.
This is intended only as information and discussion, not as correction.
