    This version is the same but easier to read and cleaner, with a mistake edited and a dubious bassline removed.

    I started from Steve R's version and (I hope) improved some of the chord changes over the chromatic bass lines.

    Default Analysis

    By the way, I just love the ways he brings anxiety into the music.

    • The harmonic rhythm starts slow but gradually accelerates
    • The diminished chord progressions seem to cringe
    • The key keeps modulating up by a fourth, (using those tricky dim7 progressions)
      leading to tension that never quite resolves since it remains higher by a fourth than it began (Cm to Fm)
    • The key changes seem to be Cm (-> C7) -> Fm (-> F7) -> Bbm (-> G7 -> C7) -> Fm
