Back up not working

Air turn is on and I can’t shut it off. Any suggestions?

Disable AirTurn Support under More/AirTurn.

If it is locked on, you probably have Bluetooth off. Turn on Bluetooth (temporarily) (it’s in Settings), then turn off Airturn (then Bluetooth).
