Default Question about minor b6 and minor #5 chords

It seems like the minor b6 is a IV Maj7/VI and the minor #5 a IV/VI.
Those two chords could be created using slash chords. I would rather have other necessary chord types that can't be created with slash chords.
Also I'd like to have the minor 7th #5 chord. That chord could be created also with a slash chord: IV Maj(add9)/VI. However, I would prefer a different voicing (vi, v, i, iv) in fourth. This is a very common voicing.
