I may be the only one who finds an " under 3 minute video tutorial," frustrating and woefully inadequate. I guess the fact that I'm slow is my problem, but it seems like the developers are smart enough to provide a little extra help for the basics.

Try stepping through more slowly using pause, play, pause, play...
