Bill Evans’ version has a nice modulation: the first half in played in F, the second half is played in Ab.

Default Days Of Wine And Roses - Henry Mancini

    Hi friends of iRp

As a music teacher, i suggest that it may be a good idea to open a space in the forum for people (like me ;-) who love make sound more "jazzy" some of the standards already in the "1300", and played by the player… and maybe ;-) the musicians using iRp. For exemple this…:

You have posted in the right place. Alternate arrangements and reharm's are welcome. Thanks for sharing.
Both more advanced as well as "vanilla" versions can be helpful.
Thanks for indicating in the title that the chart was changed.

As to how *different* a chart needs to be so it's not essentially a duplicate is subject to opinion.
(ie. one alt. chord doesn't qualify as a new arrangement)

Is it different enough to be of interest to all, or is it just a personal chart "the way you like to play it"?

Does it move the Forum forward or does it just add clutter?

    Are you contributing or contaminating?
(now there's a question all musicians should keep in mind.... )

    Dear Bob,

I did not understand your answer if to you, my arrangement of "Wine and Roses" has passed the point where it is a "contribution" rather than a "contamination"

    All the best
